About the Role

We are seeking a Senior SAP Systems Analyst, MDG to join our SAP team. As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will be responsible for designing and configuring MDG software solutions to help streamline business processes.

You will work closely with internal stakeholders to administer and enhance the system, ensuring compliance with data governance policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze, design, build, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance MDG solutions.
  • Assist in defining business processes and recommend solutions to help streamline those processes.
  • Develop and maintain data models, workflows, and business rules within the MDG framework.
  • Design and configure SAP MDG modules, including data modeling, data replication, data quality management, and data consolidation.
  • Conduct data quality assessments and recommend improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support integration of MDG with other SAP S/4HANA modules and external systems.
  • Perform detailed analysis of complex business process requirements.
  • Configure system features as per business requirements and create documentation, including functional specifications, test planning, and execution.
  • Deliver solutions that can be scaled globally and maximize value and minimize duplication of solutions.
  • Collaborate with Wolfspeed Support teams and business stakeholders to troubleshoot issues.
  • Support End User Training on new system functionality.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years' hands-on experience in Solution Design, Configuration, Implementation, and Support MDG.
  • Experience in integration of MDG with S4.
  • Knowledge of MDG enhancements provided by SAP such as BADIs and user exits.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Proven ability to deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Knowledge of the reporting objects and previous experience producing functional & technical specifications.
