Overview: People Source Consulting, a prominent player in technology recruitment, is on the lookout for a skilled SAP Business Intelligence Specialist to enhance our dynamic Customer Support Team.

About the Company: Our client is a leading IT Solutions provider with a global workforce exceeding (phone number removed) employees, dedicated to supporting a vast array of large Enterprise Clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with professional communities and share expertise with peers in delivery roles.
  • Identify and escalate potential product issues to facilitate resolution and contribute to enhancements in SAP products.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English, with strong communication skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in technical support or a related domain.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP BI technologies.
  • Familiarity with the setup and deployment processes of SAP applications.
  • Proficient understanding of core SAP applications, including their interfaces, functionalities, and troubleshooting methods.
  • Comprehension of SAP integration with various platforms, including Windows and mobile devices.
  • Networking skills and knowledge of communication protocols.
  • Experience in object-oriented programming.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBS, PowerShell, JavaScript, and HTML5.
  • Preferred fluency in either French or German is advantageous.
  • Relevant SAP Technology Certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
