Job Title: Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy Services Lead

The Health and Safety Partnership is seeking an experienced Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy Services Lead to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy services business unit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives that align with market trends and regulatory changes.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth, secure new contracts, and expand our client base. Continuously improve our processes, workflows, and methodologies to enhance efficiency and service delivery.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering repeat business. Manage the delivery of CDM consultancy services, ensuring projects are compliant with legal regulations and client expectations.
  • Financial Management: Oversee the financial health of our consultancy, including budget management, cost control, and profitability analysis. Ensure we meet financial targets and achieve a sustainable revenue stream.

As a Principal Designer and CDM Consultancy Services Lead, you will play a key role in ensuring our consultancy remains competitive, compliant, and profitable in a highly regulated industry.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualified in a design or construction management related field is preferred.
  • Proficient in using standard Microsoft Office applications and experienced with BIM would be beneficial.
