Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Recovery Support Worker – Case Manager to join our team at The Nelson Trust. In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will provide 1:1 support to clients in our residential addiction treatment setting, helping them overcome addiction and achieve long-term recovery.

Key Responsibilities

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing emotional support and guidance to clients throughout their recovery journey
  • Facilitating group therapy sessions and activities to promote social interaction and skill-building
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support and services
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in working within a residential addiction treatment setting
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with vulnerable individuals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A competitive salary range of £21,000 - £24,000 per annum, dependent on experience
