This is an exciting opportunity to join Heidelberg Materials UK as a Higher Apprentice in Mineral Products Management. As a key member of our team, you will support the Site Manager in achieving business goals and objectives.

Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £24,960 per annum, plus a welcome bonus of £1,200 and completion bonus of £3,000. Our comprehensive benefits package includes health coverage, pension plans, and other perks.

About the Role

">

As a Higher Apprentice, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our site. You will work closely with the Site Manager and operational team to drive performance improvements across various areas, including safety, environmental sustainability, cost management, quality, and service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Site Manager in achieving business objectives">
  • Work closely with the operational team to drive performance improvements">
  • Contribute to ongoing projects and site operations">
  • Attain your Mineral Products Technician Higher Apprenticeship (Level 5) and NVQ Level 4 in Safety, Health, and Environment (SHE4)">
  • Develop skills and knowledge in mineral products management">
  • Gain hands-on experience and contribute to real-world projects">

Academic Qualifications

* At least 80 UCAS points at A/AS level

Other Requirements

* Minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade 4/C or above, including Maths, English, and Science
