About the Role:
We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Learning Support Assistants. As a Learning Support Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with diverse learning needs. Your responsibilities will include providing one-on-one assistance, supporting in a group setting, and facilitating small group activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with teachers to implement learning plans.
  • Provide in-class support during lessons and activities.
  • Foster independence and confidence in students.
  • Assist with behavioural challenges and social skills development.
