About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Professional to join our team at Housing 21. As a key member of our Extra Care team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and services to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You will work closely with colleagues to create a warm and welcoming environment that promotes independence and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support residents with daily living tasks, including personal care, household chores, and meal preparation
  • Encourage residents to participate in activities and engage with their community
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on resident care and progress
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A positive attitude and empathetic approach to care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic IT skills and ability to learn new software
