Key Responsibilities:
The Physiotherapist will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients with neurological conditions, including stroke, neurosurgery, or related specialties. This will involve assessing patient needs, developing and implementing patient care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective patient care.

The successful candidate will also provide input on discharge planning and rehabilitation needs, maintaining accurate and timely patient records. They will participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, demonstrating excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Additionally, they will work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans, ensuring seamless transitions between departments.

We require a highly motivated and skilled Physiotherapist with a minimum of 6 months of NHS experience, a strong background in acute hospital settings, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
