Lettings Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lettings Manager to join our team at Everpool Recruitment. As a Lettings Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring instructions are completed, managing maintenance repairs in properties, and securing new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct property matches and negotiate offers between landlords and tenants
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve personal and branch targets
- Schedule property viewings and register applicants
- Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and in person
- Negotiate tenancies and represent the company professionally
- Build strong relationships with local property owners
- Minimum of 2-3 years experience in a lettings manager role
- Driving licence
- Multi Lingual preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of relevant legislation affecting residential sales and lettings
