About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Success Manager to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of e-commerce clients, developing strategies to drive business growth, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of customer success managers to ensure seamless delivery of e-commerce strategies and campaigns.
- Develop and implement e-commerce strategies to drive business growth, increase revenue, and enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with UX designers, technical account managers, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and timeliness of campaign builds.
- Respond to client requests in a timely and effective manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage the client renewal process from commercial negotiation to contract finalization.
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities within your portfolio to drive business growth.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reviews for individual clients, highlighting key performance metrics and recommendations for future strategies.
- Collaborate with global teams, including product development and data analytics, to ensure e-commerce strategies align with the overall business strategy.
Requirements
- 5+ years of client management experience in e-commerce or Martech.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, e-commerce, and marketing technology.
- Analytical mind with the ability to dive deep into data, identify patterns, and generate insights for the benefit of our customers.
