Human Resources Professional

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer strategic HR guidance and develop impactful solutions for business growth.
  • Monitor business performance, identify areas for improvement, and facilitate stakeholder discussions.
  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, incorporating regular feedback and coaching.
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, ensuring equal opportunities for all employees.
  • Lead the recruitment process and coordinate quarterly headcount reviews.
  • Design and deliver firm-wide initiatives, such as performance evaluations and flexible working arrangements.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Regional COO to analyze data and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess prior experience in legal HR, an advanced degree or professional certification, and demonstrate exceptional project management skills.

Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $170,000 per annum, reflective of the company's commitment to excellence.
