Senior Ticketing Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Ticketing Manager to join our team at AEG Presents, European Festivals. As a key member of our ticketing team, you will be responsible for preparing events for on-sale, reporting on sales figures, and coordinating ticket distribution across various venues and platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate event preparation, including the distribution of event information, pre-sales, and notifications to box offices.
- Report on sales figures for shows, both internally and externally, for UK and European festivals.
- Coordinate and re-allocate tickets across various venues and ticketing platforms.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a ticketing role, with a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders, both verbally and in writing.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and ability to learn new systems quickly.
