Sectional Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced Section Engineer to join our team at Aldwyche Consulting Ltd and lead a team in project development and ensure timely delivery of construction projects.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and managing sectional plans and schedules for construction projects, overseeing project sites, and collaborating with other engineers to optimize efficiency.
Compensation Package: The estimated salary for this role is £72,500 - £82,500 per annum based on location and experience.
Job Description:
- Sectional Planning: Develop and manage sectional plans and schedules for construction projects.
- Project Site Management: Oversee project sites to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Collaborate with other engineers to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes as needed.
- Project Monitoring: Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working as a Section Engineer in the civil engineering sector.
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
