Role Profile

The Project Management Intern will support the delivery of business and technical projects, programmes, and IT services. This role involves providing support to a project team, focusing on portfolios, programmes, and projects. The successful candidate will learn the skills required to interpret and facilitate governance and reporting processes, project set-up and close-down tasks, and the management of project finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project teams in delivering business and technical projects, programmes, and IT services
  • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
  • Assist in the management of project finance activities
  • Develop skills in project management, governance, and reporting
Requirements
  • On track to achieve a 2:2 or above in a science, technology, engineering, or maths (STEM) subject
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Ability to demonstrate objective and logical thinking
  • Clear and effective communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team
  • Resilience under pressure

Only those with the permanent and unrestricted right to live and work in the UK will be considered for a position within BAE Systems Digital Intelligence. Due to the nature of our work, successful candidates will be required to undergo Government SC clearance prior to starting with us.
