Job Overview

This employed Mortgage Adviser role in Wolverhampton presents a consistent flow of pre-qualified quality leads, ideal for professionals early in their mortgage career seeking a strong foundation to build significant business volumes.

The company leverages its 40,000 previous policyholders, professional introducer relationships, and referrals to produce regular, quality leads. These leads are pre-qualified by the in-house team and directly transferred to you, allowing you to provide mortgage and protection advice to clients.

You will have full administrative support, enabling you to focus on advising clients and achieving your goals.

Key Requirements

  • Holding full CeMAP or equivalent certification is essential.
  • Ideal candidates should possess some experience in mortgage advice.
  • Self-motivation and a desire to write high levels of business are crucial.
  • Being local to Wolverhampton is mandatory.

Salary and Benefits

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 with an estimated Year 1 OTE of £50,000 - £60,000, rising to £60,000 - £70,000 thereafter. Additionally, you can enjoy office-based working hours, free parking, and convenient public transport routes.

Work Schedule

The work schedule includes Monday to Wednesday from 9:30am – 7pm, Thursday from 9:30am - 6pm, and Friday from 9:30am – 4:30pm.
