Restaurant Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at THE PIG - at Harlyn Bay, Padstow Cornwall. As a key member of our restaurant team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise the performance of the team and ensure seamless service delivery
  • Support the Restaurant Manager in driving daily operations and achieving business objectives
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere
  • Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to optimize efficiency
