The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of critical infrastructure, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintenance of M&E systems, building fabric, and infrastructure within our campus.
  • BMS alarm response and critical information provision.
  • Health, safety, and quality standard adherence.
  • Subcontractor activity management.
  • Operational report production and presentation.
