SEN Teaching Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at a vibrant and inclusive specialist school in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting students with a range of additional learning needs, including Autism, Speech and Language needs, Physical Disabilities, Learning Difficulties, and social/emotional needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support students with their educational, emotional, and social development
  • Work closely with experienced teachers and specialists to create a positive learning environment
  • Build strong relationships with students and equip them with life skills
  • Assist with class activities and support students with their daily needs
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and bright personality
  • Previous experience working with children or vulnerable adults (desirable)
  • Relevant degree in Psychology, Sociology, or Health and Social Care (desirable)
