We are seeking an exceptional Early Years Foundation Stage Head to lead our primary school into an exciting new era. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping the educational direction of our institution.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of outstanding teaching and leadership skills, with a proven ability to raise standards in the Early Years Foundation Stage. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and delivering curriculum content that meets the needs of diverse learners
  • Mentoring and coaching teachers to achieve high expectations and academic achievement

A competitive salary of £65,000 - £90,000 per annum is offered, commensurate with experience, as well as a range of benefits including contributory pension scheme and generous annual leave.
