As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing exceptional talent across Western Europe for Supply Chain, Commercial, and Enabling Functions.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with the TA team, HRBPs, and stakeholders to identify, source, and secure outstanding external and internal talent for roles across Western Europe.
- Support talent innovation projects, including technology usage and implementation, DEI initiatives, Hiring for Potential, and the MCBC Employer Brand.
- Provide insights on the talent marketplace.
