Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for our customers. This will involve:

  • Managing a team of catering staff to ensure high-quality food production and exceptional customer service
  • Developing and implementing menus and food production plans to meet customer needs
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Managing kitchen operations, including inventory management, ordering, and stock control
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience of managing a team in a similar catering environment
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and health and safety standards
  • Ability to develop and implement menus and food production plans
