Catering Unit Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and personable Catering Unit Manager to lead our on-site catering operation and team at Brockenhurst Primary School. As a key member of our Education Catering team, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen, producing high-quality food from fresh ingredients, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
As a Catering Unit Manager, you will have experience of managing a team, working at pace, and motivating your team to follow high-quality standards. You will also have experience of working in a similar catering environment, although we will provide you with all the training and ongoing professional development you need to succeed.
