As a Catering Unit Manager, you will be responsible for managing a busy kitchen producing food from fresh ingredients for customers. You will work term time, during school hours, and will be expected to manage a team, work at pace, and maintain high quality standards and provide exceptional service.
You will have experience of working in a similar catering environment and will be able to motivate the team to follow high quality standards and provide exceptional service.
