We are seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Product Specialist to join our team at On Target Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets in the healthcare industry.

You will work closely with internal teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, and stay up-to-date with product information and market trends. Your ability to build strong relationships with clinicians, doctors, and other key decision-makers will be essential to your success in this role.

The successful candidate can expect a base salary of £41,750, plus an uncapped OTE of up to £21,250. Additionally, you will receive a car allowance, phone, laptop, pension, healthcare, and 25 days annual leave.

To be considered for this position, you must have a commercial medical devices background and at least 3 years' experience within the NHS environment. You must also be eligible to work and live in the UK.
