Job Overview

Orona, a leading global provider of lift solutions, is seeking an experienced Lift Engineer to join our Service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our lifts, escalators, and moving walkways.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on lifts, escalators, and moving walkways to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Conduct thorough inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with our manufacturing team to resolve technical issues and improve product quality.
  • Supervise and train junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in lift maintenance and repair.
  • Strong technical knowledge of lift systems and components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid NVQ Level 3 qualification in lift engineering.
