About the Role

As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership responsibilities and contribute to the overall success of our care home. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring high standards of care, motivating your team, and developing strategies to achieve your goals.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in care management, with experience in managing safeguarding investigations and clinical risk assessments. You will also need to have a good understanding of HR practices, sales and marketing, and budget management. Additionally, you will need to be compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment.
