About the Role
As a Care Home Deputy Manager at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a vital part in delivering high-quality care to our residents. Working closely with the General Manager, you will take on leadership duties and be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the care home. Your key responsibilities will include motivating and leading a multidisciplinary team, monitoring standards through regular audits and clinical practice, and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering strategies to achieve your goals and setting the highest standards for care and service.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing care homes and a proven track record of delivering high-quality care. You will also need to have strong leadership and management skills, as well as the ability to motivate and inspire your team. Additionally, you will need to have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and be able to ensure compliance. We are looking for someone who is compassionate, resilient, and determined to deliver the best possible care to our residents.
