Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Shakespeare Medical Practice. As a key member of our primary care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our practice.

Main Duties

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and evaluation of care.
  • Working collaboratively with our general practice team to meet the needs of our patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing nurse leadership as required.
  • Maintaining and monitoring standards of care, including minor injury and illness qualification.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to £60,000, depending on qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive:

Person Specification

We are looking for an experienced Advanced Nurse Practitioner/Advanced Clinical Practitioner with:

  • Experience in a primary care setting.
  • NMC registered nurse with advanced clinical practice training, working towards non-medical prescriber status.
  • Minor injury and illness qualification essential, with the ability to maintain and monitor standards of care.
  • Preferably a level 7 (MSc) Practitioner, although candidates with accreditation or a MSc course to ACP status may also be considered.
