About the Role

We are seeking an experienced CDM Advisor to join our team in Preston. As a CDM Advisor, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive health and safety and CDM advisory services across various projects.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with the team to deliver expert CDM advisory services, ensuring compliance with CDM regulations.
  2. Work on a diverse range of projects, including residential developments and commercial ventures.
  3. Provide expert advice on health and safety risk management to clients, designers, and contractors.
  4. Manage the pre-construction phase, including pre-construction information and design risk assessments.
  5. Lead CDM workshops and develop design safety strategies.

Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a consultancy environment.
  • A strong background in construction design and management, with specific experience in delivering CDM advisory services.
  • NEBOSH National Certificate in Construction Health and Safety or equivalent qualification.
  • Ideally hold a membership in a relevant professional body, such as IOSH or APS.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
