About the Role

KM Recruitment is seeking a dedicated Care and Support Quality Manager to work as a Health and Social Care Assessor. The successful candidate will have a strong background in assessing and supporting learners working towards Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3.

This role involves assessing learners' progress, managing their diaries efficiently to ensure timely visits and reviews, and maintaining documentation on learners' progress. The ideal candidate will have a recognised Assessor award (D32/33, A1, CAVA or TAQA), experience of delivering Apprenticeships in Health and Social Care at Level 3, and hold occupational competency in Health and Social Care (Elderly).

As a Health and Social Care Assessor, you will be responsible for delivering training and support to learners with Functional Skills Maths and English to level 2. You will also need to be able to overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs.

The estimated salary for this role is £32,000 per annum, providing a stable income for those passionate about improving the lives of others.
