Salary: £80,000 - £110,000 per annum


As a Senior/Principal Civil Water Engineer with Waterman Aspen, you can expect a salary that reflects your experience, skills, and location. Job Description


We welcome engineers and technical specialists to work on some of the biggest infrastructure projects or deliver professional services across the UK. As a Senior/Principal Civil Water Engineer, you will be a key member of the Water and Environment South team and have the opportunity to apply and develop your skills on a varied client base. You will also receive buy-in from clients to assist in your technical progression and further exposure to your chosen industry.



Required Skills and Qualifications



  • Chartered engineer or working towards
  • Experience working across a project life cycle in asset planning, strategy, concept design, outline design, and detailed design
  • Experience across a variety of areas within the water sector, including clean water treatment and networks, wastewater treatment and networks, and flooding
  • Able to deliver hydraulic analysis and design
  • Experience producing and reviewing engineering calculations, specifications, drawings, and reports
  • Good working knowledge of contract conditions, CDM regulations, and design management
  • Ability to challenge designs and resolve problems
  • A strong awareness and understanding of industry standards and specifications
