About the Role

Faircloth Construction Ltd is a leading Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. We are currently seeking an experienced Contract Management Specialist to join our team.

Salary: £45,000 - £65,000 per annum

Location: Tunbridge Wells (Must be located within 1 hour's drive of our head office in Tunbridge Wells)

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage commercial aspects of assigned projects to maximise profitability and cash flow
  • Assess and mitigate commercial and contractual risks
  • Prepare and present monthly cost reports
  • Support the project team with commercial and contractual expertise
  • Work closely with clients to agree valuations and contract variations
