About the Role

The Pharmacist Network is seeking a highly motivated and clinically focused Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in a remote role. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with colleagues to resolve medication-related issues, improve patient outcomes, and ensure better access to healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support practice staff with prescription and medication queries
  • Help support the repeat prescription system, deal with acute prescription requests, and medicines reconciliation
  • Provide clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement
  • Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to address public and social care needs of patients

Requirements

  • Completed CPPE Pathway or currently on CPPE pathway
  • Experience using clinical systems Emis / System1
