Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and clinically focused clinical pharmacist to join our team as an onsite clinical pharmacist in South Manchester. This is an exciting opportunity to expand your experience by working in a General Practice within the Salford PCN area.

Main Responsibilities

You will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team in a patient-facing role, supporting practice staff with prescription and medication queries. Your expertise will help resolve medication-related issues, improve patient outcomes, and ensure better access to healthcare.

You will support with prescribing practices across the PCN, providing clinical leadership on medicines optimization and quality improvement. You will also be enrolled on an 18-month national training program, including attainment of an independent prescribing qualification (if applicable).

This is a unique opportunity to work with a clinician-led organization that supports GPs/PCNs with the delivery of pharmacist and pharmacy tech services.
