Job Description:

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary interface with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Oversee the development and implementation of effective Quality Management Systems, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Analyse quality metrics across the organisation, conducting regular reviews and recommending actionable improvement plans.
  • Engage in product development and launch initiatives, contributing to quality assurance from concept to execution.
  • Ensure compliance with Aerospace standards / AS9100, identifying and resolving complex quality issues.
  • Lead and mentor a team of quality professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments, promoting collaboration and communication.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Quality Engineer, Senior Quality Engineer, Quality Manager, or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in problem-solving methodologies such as Six Sigma, 8D, and related statistical tools.
  • Understanding of AS9100 standards with knowledge of part 145 requirements.
  • Skilled in utilising process auditing techniques to ensure compliance with established quality standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritising tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
