Contract Delivery Position

We are looking for a highly skilled Contract Delivery Lead to join Niyaa People Ltd and lead the delivery of roofing works for our social housing provider in Birmingham.

This is a 3-6 month contract, requiring a professional with experience in social housing, managing repairs and maintenance contracts, and planned maintenance projects. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of roofing and be able to develop and oversee performance monitoring of the contract.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading the team delivering roofing works
  • Ensuring contracts are executed and administered in accordance with contract provisions
  • Developing and overseeing performance monitoring of the contract, including cost monitoring, projection, and analysis

This is an office-based position, with business mileage provided for travel to sites when required.

Annual Salary: £45,000 - £55,000.
