About Agility Resourcing:
We are a dynamic licensing agency based in Central Manchester, looking for a skilled Finance and Administration Assistant to support our operations. This is a temporary contract position, lasting 6-9 months.
The successful candidate will assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records. They will also provide support to the finance team, helping with tasks such as payment reconciliation and financial reporting.
This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Responsibilities:
- Data entry and maintenance of accurate records.
- Support the finance team with payment reconciliation and financial reporting.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Develop skills and knowledge to meet organizational objectives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in administration or finance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Pension matched up to 8%.

Salary Estimate: £23,500 - £28,500 per annum, depending on experience.
