Sales Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Direct Sales Manager to join our team at Blue Moon Recruitment. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing the direct sales of second-hand and new stock items through our online platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the website is up-to-date with actual items and pricing.
- Arrange immediate responses to any requests or purchases that come in via the website.
- Collaborate with Regional Material Managers to update prices, photos, quantities, and initiate new items, bundles, and packages.
- Work with Order Managers in various countries to prepare and process sales of items and packages.
- Develop and propose engineered packages in collaboration with Engineering and RMMs.
- Engage in direct communication with clients and platform visitors via web, email, and phone.
- Liaise with marketing to propose and initiate special actions and promotional activities to boost platform traffic and sales.
- Identify structural improvement proposals for the platform.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills.

- Winning mentality and commercial drive.
- Strong IT skills.
