Mechanical Maintenance Engineer Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Kent. As the Mechanical engineer on site, you will be responsible for delivering planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring asset capture and verification, and managing the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services.

About the Role
  • Deliver planned and reactive maintenance to ensure the smooth operation of the building's mechanical systems
  • Ensure asset capture and verification are up-to-date, and warranty management is current
  • Review historical defects and snagging management to identify areas for improvement
  • Set up a PPM regime and O&M manuals to ensure compliance and efficiency
  • Manage the interface between visiting contractors and the engineering services to ensure seamless communication
  • Provide technical support to the landlords' engineering team as needed
About You
  • You will ideally be a qualified engineer or have a strong understanding of hard services
  • Good working experience of contract management and CAFM systems is essential
  • You should have a steady work history and be experienced in managing or supervising large-scale building services applications
  • A desire to progress in your career and take on new challenges is a must
