Job Title: Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance Technician Wanted in Kent

Hays Construction & Property is seeking highly skilled and qualified Mechanical and Electrical Engineers for our client, a leading provider of maintenance services in the public sector. The role involves working on static sites across the Kent area, completing reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance tasks.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Extensive knowledge and experience in Mechanical and Electrical engineering maintenance
  • Competent in Mechanical and Electrical works or background in Building Maintenance work
  • Understanding of working within the NHS industry and previous experience in this environment
  • Ability to undertake a DBS check and provide 3 years' references

Key Responsibilities:

  • Completing reactive repairs and planned preventative maintenance across various NHS sites
  • Working on a static site, Monday to Friday
  • Offering excellent maintenance services to our client
