Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Scheduling and Deployment Specialist to join our team at CV-Library. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of planning and organizing installations, with excellent customer service skills and a 'can do' attitude.

About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for liaising with installation partners and customers to arrange installation of products. This will involve planning and organizing installations using our business system, ensuring all documentation is received following installations and actioned. You will also be responsible for dealing with queries relating to installation and finding solutions, as well as dispatching and tracking products and updating stakeholders of any issues.

About You:
To be considered for this role, you will need to have a planning professional background with excellent customer service and organizational skills. You should also have self-management skills, a 'can do' attitude, and excellent telephone manner. Additionally, you should have a genuine passion for helping people and be able to work to agreed processes and procedures to meet and excel customer expectations.

Benefits:
This role offers a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive 23 days holiday, an auto-enrol pension scheme, life insurance cover, profit-related pay, free on-site car parking, and an employee assistance programme. Full training will be provided to give you all the product knowledge you need to excel in this role.
