Are you a dedicated educator seeking a new challenge? We at Teaching Personnel are looking for experienced Maths and English tutors to provide one-to-one support to students in Weldon and surrounding areas. Our mission is to empower young minds, and we're committed to making a positive impact on their educational journey.

As a 1:1 tutor, you will work closely with students who require additional support due to various reasons such as SEN needs, SEMH, ADHD, learning difficulties, or lower learning levels. Your primary role will be to develop and deliver tailored educational sessions, focusing on core subjects like Maths, English, and Science. You may conduct sessions face-to-face at the student's home or a public space, such as a library or community centre.

Requirements:
  • QTS or Higher Level Teaching Assistant qualification
  • SEN/SEMH experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

We offer a competitive hourly rate of £25-£30, paid weekly, and access to our online reporting platform for efficient tracking of student progress. Additionally, you'll benefit from free safeguarding and CPD courses, along with access to assessment tools and resources.
