Improving Service and Product Quality:
In this role as Quality Improvement Manager - Passenger Cars at BYD Europe, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our dealers' service standards and overall customer satisfaction. Your primary goal will be to drive improvements in service and product quality by analyzing data and providing actionable recommendations.

Key Accountabilities:
• Monitor and assess dealer service quality to ensure it meets brand standards, providing constructive feedback to enhance customer experience.
• Conduct data analysis to compare service offerings with competitors, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting targeted enhancements.
• Collect and report on vehicle quality issues, working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders to resolve and close these issues effectively.
• Provide regular updates on assessment results and quality improvement progress to management.

Your Skills and Qualifications:
To excel in this position, you should have:
• At least 2 years of experience in quality management, preferably in the automotive industry, specifically in passenger cars.
• A deep understanding of dealer marketing, customer service principles, and best practices, enabling effective handling of customer complaints and feedback.
• Strong data analysis, communication, coordination, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in verbal and written English, as well as a full clear UK driving licence.

Salary and Benefits:
Our competitive compensation package includes a salary range of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits program, including 25 days annual holiday allowance, workplace pension, and other perks.
