Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent Randox Health at workplace testing events across Kent, providing exceptional client service and ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Collect blood samples, provide lifestyle advice, and deliver health consultations to clients, promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and professional partners to maintain high service standards, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of health checks.
  • Manage appointment bookings, client documentation, and inventory for each event, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Provide daily reports and feedback to help Randox Health continuously improve its services, driving excellence in preventative healthcare.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and health and safety protocols, maintaining a safe and professional environment for clients and team members.
  • Comply with CQC regulations to ensure a care-centred approach is given to all clients, prioritizing their health and well-being.

About the Role:

As a Health Check Coordinator, you will be an integral part of Randox Health's mobile health services team, traveling throughout Kent to deliver health checks and promote preventative healthcare.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid UK driving license and reliable vehicle.
  • Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
  • IT literacy and ability to manage appointments and reports efficiently.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
