About the Role

Miller Homes Ltd is seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join their team on an 18-month Fixed Team Contract. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in designing and maintaining data systems and databases to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities
  • Extract and reorganize data from primary and secondary sources to provide actionable insights
  • Develop and maintain data systems and databases to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure data integrity and security
  • Design and present data visualizations to communicate insights to non-technical audiences
Requirements
  • Highly proficient in Excel, including Macros, Pivot Tables, and V lookups
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines and balance competing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
