Job Title: HR Recruitment and Data Analyst

Miller Homes Ltd is a leading national homebuilder with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality family homes and exceptional customer service.

We are seeking a skilled HR Data Analyst to join our team on a 18-month Fixed Team Contract. The successful candidate will play a key role in designing and maintaining data systems and databases, extracting data from primary and secondary sources, and reorganizing it into a format that can be easily read and reported on.

The ideal candidate will have excellent technical expertise, with a strong understanding of data analysis tools and the ability to provide high-quality data insights to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and maintain data systems and databases
  • Extract data from primary and secondary sources
  • Reorganize data into a format that can be easily read and reported on
  • Provide technical expertise to ensure data quality and accuracy
  • Process, design, and present data to support business decision-making

Requirements:

  • Highly proficient in Excel, with advanced skills in Macros, Pivot Tables, and V lookups
  • Ability to connect data to business insights for non-technical audiences
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and tact when dealing with sensitive data
  • Full working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
