Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Governance Specialist to join our team at Quest Employment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in compliance and governance, with the ability to manage complex regulatory requirements and ensure adherence to industry standards.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting audits, preparing reports, and identifying areas for improvement. They will also be expected to collaborate with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of our compliance and governance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Conducting audits and preparing reports to identify areas for improvement.
  2. Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  3. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of compliance and governance processes.
  4. Providing guidance and training to junior staff members.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in compliance and governance.
  • ACA or ACCA qualification (full study support provided for the right candidate).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
