Job Title: Compliance Director

PGIM Private Alternatives is seeking a seasoned Compliance Director to oversee a full range of compliance matters related to our asset management activities in the UK. As a key member of our global compliance team, you will work closely with senior management and business stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain a positive compliance culture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement compliance programs to mitigate financial crime risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct due diligence on clients, counterparties, and joint venture partners to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering and anti-corruption regulations.
  • Provide guidance and support to the business on regulatory matters, including incorporation of regulatory changes into guidance and policy enforcement.
  • Collect and analyze data for senior management reporting and protect the integrity and reputation of the company.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a related capacity, preferably in compliance, law, risk, audit, or a similar control function.
  • Experience with European financial regulation and markets, with a genuine interest in global compliance concerns.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with business stakeholders while ensuring an effective compliance culture.
