As a Registered Care Manager, you'll play a vital role in leading our branch to provide the highest standard of care to our customers. Your expertise will ensure that our services are efficient, profitable, and aligned with CQC/CIW guidelines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the branch, driving growth and excellence in customer care.
- Hold CQC/CIW registration and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Recruit and develop a high-performing team of carers, fostering a culture of excellence and customer-centricity.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, contributing to the commercial growth of the branch.
- Regularly review branch operations to ensure customer needs are met and policies are effectively implemented.
- Support staff and carers in their training and development, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a level 5 NVQ in Management in care or be willing to work towards achieving this. You'll also require knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practice in line with CQC/CIW guidance, as well as experience in the care sector at management level. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are also essential.
