Executive Chef

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Sous Chef to join our team at Holroyd Howe, a leading contract caterer providing fresh and innovative food services to independent schools and colleges.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading kitchen operations, developing menus, and maintaining high standards for food quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Head Chef in managing all aspects of the kitchen.
- Collaborate on exciting menu concepts that reflect modern culinary trends.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and safety.
- Train and develop junior kitchen staff to foster culinary excellence.
- Oversee the preparation of exceptional meals for special events and hospitality services.
Requirements:
- A seasoned culinary professional with a passion for leading teams and creating exceptional dining experiences.
- Proven experience in a high-quality kitchen, ideally with a background as a Sous Chef or Senior Sous Chef.
- A natural leader with excellent organisational skills and a commitment to culinary excellence.
